Advertising and Payment Deadline is November 1, 2024.
The program book dimensions are: 8.5″Wide x 11″High. The cover pages can “bleed” off the edge of the paper. All cover ads will print in full color inks on white paper. Placement is guaranteed and the location of the ad within the book is determined by your choice of cover.
Artwork for your ad may be submitted as Adobe Acrobat PDF, Adobe Illustrator AI, Adobe InDesign INDD, Microsoft Word DOCX, JPG, PNG, EPS, or TIF files.
For best reproduction of your ad, please submit it as a print-ready PDF file to the sizes specified and according to the following specs:
