On Saturday May 18th a Brother became a Father! On Sunday May 19th, Father Thompson celebrated his first Mass at St. Mark’s surrounded by 12 other Deacons and Priests along with some of his fellow Seminarians. The Color Corp was present at the Mass along with many members of 6065.The parish hosted a brunch following the Mass at which the Council presented Father Thompson with a monetary gift as he begins his pastoral ministry at St. Monica’s parish in Dallas where he also spent his pastoral year as a Seminarian. Father Thompson is a Brother Knight and one of our own and we are so proud of him and so happy that he will remain here to serve the Dallas Diocese.
